摘要
发动机测功试验设备是发动机性能试验中重要的装备,与生产汽车发动机的检修质量密切相关。在对矿用生产汽车发动机测功机的常见类型进行对比的基础上,结合矿用生产汽车的实际情况,介绍了本次试验室的测功机选型,并从发动机测试时冷却水温度供给设计、机械系统的连接及传动、测控系统的数据信号采集处理、发动机供油系统和启动系统的设计、测功机水门开度操控台设计等方面对整体试验室的设计进行分析研究。
Engine dynamometer test equipment is an important equipment in engine performance test, which is closJely related to the repair quality of automobile engine production. On the basis of comparing the common types of dynamometer equiplment of mine automobile engine and in combination with practical condition of mine automobile production, the paper introduces the t.ype selection of dynamometer equipment, and make an analysis and research on design of the whole laboratory from the aspects of cooling water temperature supply design, connection and drive of mechanical system, data and signal acquisition and proeeasing of measurement and control system, design of engine oil supply system and starting system and dynamometer console design and so on.
