摘要
针对ISA法铜电解设备的现状,结合以太网的特性,通过实际工程自动化的应用,阐述了以太网通讯协议在ISA法电解整套设备的通讯系统的应用,分析了其系统的机构和功能。实践证明,以太环网技术的应用,使ISA法铜电解设备在一个开放、稳定和实时的网络平台生产,自动化通讯系统稳定、安全、可靠,实现了共享化、开放化、标准化,并向统一管理方向发展。
The paper reviews the current situation of ISA copper electrolytic equipment, elaborates the application of Ethernet communication protocol in the communication system of the complete ISA copper electrolytic equipment based on the characteristics of Etheruet through the application of automation in one actual project, and analyzes the institutions and functions and the system. Practice has proven that the application of Ethernet ring network technology enables ISA copper electrolytic equipment runs in an open, stable and real-time network platform and the automation communication system develops into a shared, open, standardized and unified system.
