摘要
通过职业健康安全与环境(HSE)管理的阐述,阐明HSE在监理工作中的作用,介绍了其在建筑工程管理的特点及现状。强调实施监理过程中必须加强施工HSE管理并提出相应解决措施,为保障施工生产健康安全和保护生态环境具有重要的现实意义。
According to the description of occupational health and safety and environment （HSE） management, the paper puts forward the role of HSE in the supervision work and introduces its characteristics and present situation in the management of construction engineering. It is necessary to strengthen the management of HSE and the relevant measures are given in this paper. It is of great practical significance to ensure the health and safety of construction production and protect the ecological environment.
