摘要 员工在思想上要和企业的发展路线保持一致,清楚自己在企业中的发展方向,树立为自己工作的观念,培养终生学习的心态,以高度的责任心,发展和维护与客户的良好关系,在积极主动的工作中不断提高自身的业务水平,通过目标分解使自己的职业规划较好地付诸实施;同时,处理好与领导、同事的关系,真诚相待,相互支持,使各自的才能得以充分发挥。 The employees should be ideologically consistent with the enterprise development path in thought, clear about their own development direction in the enterprise, set up the idea of working, train a lifelong leaning attitude, develop and maintain good relationship with customers with strong sense of responsibility, continuously improve the professional level in motivated work, put the occupational planning into effect by target decomposition. At the same time, the employees should deal with the relationship between leaders and colleagues by means of sincere cooperation and mutual support and make full use of their own talent.
