摘要
泉州西街116号宋宅是闽南传统建筑中"中西合璧"式样的代表之一,无论在建筑外观还是内部构造上都显现出一定的独特性和代表性,近年由政府出资对该建筑后半部分的洋楼进行了整体保护修缮。该文以宋宅洋楼修缮施工为契机,通过长期跟进和记录施工过程,访谈相关匠师,对该洋楼的修缮技艺展开较为详细的考察和分析,探讨相关的修缮原则和方法,以期为闽南传统建筑研究和修缮设计、施工提供参考。
Song House which is located in No.116, Quanzhou West Street, is one of the representatives of ＂Chinese and Western＂ style in the traditional architecture of southern Fujian. Song House shows a certain degree of uniqueness and representativeness both in the appearance of the building and internal structure. In recent years government invested to the overall protection and repair of the Western-style building. Regarding Song House building repair construction as an opportunity, we investigate and analyze the repair of the house in detail with the long-term follow-up, the record of the construction process and interviewing with the relevant craftsmen. Then we explore the relevant principles and methods of repair, so as to provide reference for the traditional architecture＇s research and renovation design and the process of construction in southern Fujian.
