基于传统街区肌理保护下的商业空间优化策略研究——以西安北院门传统街区为例

Optimization Strategy Research of Commercial Space Based on the Protection of Traditional Block Texture:Taking the Beiyuanmen Traditional Block of Xi'an as an Example

历史悠久的北院门传统街区,位于西安市中心,作为古城内回民聚居的特色旅游商业区,发展繁荣,是西安市旅游产业的代表之一。其传统街区的空间肌理特征在这种特色商业的发展中起到了很大作用。随着年代变迁,近年来街区中大多数居民对自宅进行了改造或新建,而在此过程中,传统街区的空间特征却并没有得到很好的延续。因此,该文在分析北院门传统街区空间特征的基础上,对在如何保护传统肌理的前提下更新其商业空间做了一定探讨,并提出模块化插入的自下而上的优化策略。

The Beiyuanmen traditional block is located in the center of Xi＇an, with long history. As a famous and prosperous commercial block of Muslim characteristics, it is one symbol of Xi＇an tourism. The spatial space texture of the traditional block plays a great role in the development of this commercial model. In recent years most of the residents have renovated or built their buildings, while residents did not succeed the spatial space features well in the process of building renewal. Therefore, based on the analysis of space feature, we discuss the problem that how to succeed it well in commercial space renewal, and put forward a kind of architecture optimization strategy which is called bottom-up modular insertion.
