生态触媒——金寨县总部经济园城市设计探索

Ecological Accelerant:The Exploration on Urban Design of Jinzhai County Headquarters Economy Park

由于全球化的影响,总部经济迅速发展。基于集群效应的总部经济园经历4个发展阶段,如今迈入到生态型建设时期。该文回顾了总部经济园的发展历程并结合具体案例分析了当前生态型园区的发展趋势,提出生态触媒的概念。进而结合金寨县总部经济园城市设计实践,从空间规划、功能布局、交通流线、建筑设计和设计实施等方面探索了一种兼顾紧凑式发展效益和园林式环境品质的生态型总部经济园设计路径,讨论了生态触媒对于园区营建和城市双修的作用,并据此总结生态型总部经济园设计的具体方法。

Due to the effect of globalization, headquarters economy develops rapidly. Based on constellation effect, the design of headquarters economy park experiences four development stages and is walking into ecological age in nowadays. We review the development history of headquarters economy park and analyze the development tendency of ecological park with specific cases, and proposed the concept of ecological accelerant. Furthermore based on the urban design of Jinzhai county headquarters economy park, a design path of ecological headquarters economy park that integrates economic benefit of compact development and environmental quality is explored from the perspectives of spatial planning, function layout, transportation organization, architecture design, implementation and so on. Finally we discuss the impact of ecological accelerant on park design and urban repair and conclude the design methods of ecological headquarters economy park.
