摘要
神经病理痛是许多疾病常见或主要的临床症状,电压门控钠通道在其发生和发展中起重要作用。本文就电压门控性钠通道的类型、结构、分布和各型电压门控性钠通道参与神经病理痛的机制进行简述。认为电压门控性钠通道在神经病理痛中的具体作用机制和分子机制各不相同,有待进一步研究,钠离子通道基因的靶向治疗有可能作为神经病理痛治疗的新靶点。
Neuropathic pain is common or major clinical symptom of many diseases,in which the voltage-gated sodium channels play an important role.This paper summarizes the type,structure,distribution and action mechanisms of voltage-gated sodium channels in neuropathic pain.The review indicates that the precise molecular mechanisms of voltage-gated sodium channels in neuropathic different from each other pain are different from each other and should be further studied,the voltage-gated sodium channel genes might be a novel therapeutic target in neuropathic pain.
