摘要
目的探讨针刺"百会"穴对Aβ1-42致老年性痴呆(AD)模型鼠大脑皮质组织小胶质细胞分泌前炎症介质TNFα的影响。方法经侧脑室注射Aβ1-42制造AD模型鼠,针刺"百会"穴治疗21天,免疫荧光双标观察大鼠大脑皮质小胶质细胞分泌TNFα的情况。结果 Aβ1-42注射后大鼠大脑皮质小胶质细胞TNFα分泌增加,针刺治疗后TNFα的分泌量减少。结论针刺"百会"穴可减少大脑皮质小胶质细胞分泌TNFα。
Objective This study aimed to study production of TNFαby microglia in brain of Aβ1-42 induced AD model rat treated with acupuncture Baihui.Methods AD model rats were induced by Aβ1-42 intracerebroventricular injection,and treated with Baihui acupuncture for 21 days.Immunofluorescence double labeling was used to observe the secretion of TNFαby microglia in the cerebral cortex of rats.Results TNFαsecreted by microglia were induced by Aβ1-42.And TNFαwere decreased following acupuncture Baihui treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture Baihui can reduce the secretion of TNFαby microglia in the cerebral cortex.
