胆总管术后T管引流的护理体会

Nursing Care of patients with Postoperative Common Bile Duct Surgery Using T-Tube Drainage

目的总结胆总管术后T管引流的护理方法,预防因T管引流护理不当而发生的并发症。方法现对我院54例胆总管术后T管引流护理的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。术前对病人及家属讲解放置T管的目的,方法以及注意事项。术后观察并记录引流物的颜色、性状和引流量。保持引流管的通畅,防止T管意外脱出体外,预防感染,T管造影,拔管以及拔管后的观察。结果 54例胆总管术后患者均康复出院。结论安置T管的目的是充分引流胆汁,引流残余结石,术后胆道造影,支撑胆道。严谨科学的T管引流护理措施,不仅可以减少胆道术后并发症,而且在发生并发症时能够及时发现并处理,使患者早日康复。

Objective The purpose of this study was to describe the methods of nursing care of patients with postoperative common bile duct surgery using T-tube drainage,in case of prevention of complications due to improper nursing care of T tube drainage.Methods A total of 54 patients with postoperative common bile duct surgery using T-tube drainage were managed and followed up retrospectively.We explained the purpose of placing T tube,methods and precautions preoperatively to patients and their families.The color,character and flow rate of the drainage were observed and recorded postoperatively.We maintained the patency of the drainage tube,prevented the T tube from accidental out of the body.Furthermore,the infection prevention,T tube angiography,observation of extubation and after-extubation were performed.Results All patients had healed discharged from hospital through health education and convalescence nursing.Conclusions The placement of T tube is useful to sufficient drainage of bile and residual stones,postoperative cholangiography and biliary tract support.The nursing care during strict scientific T tube drainage,not only can reduce postoperative complications of common bile duct surgery,but also the occurrence of complications can be found and dealt with in time,so that patients will recover at an early date..
