抑郁与冠心病的研究进展

Research advances of relationship between depression and coronary heart disease

冠心病和抑郁均严重威胁人类健康,两者关系密切,互相影响,共同使患者病情恶化。近年来随着社会医学模式的转变,抑郁与冠心病越来越引起国内外学者的关注。本文将从抑郁对冠心病患者的危害、抑郁导致冠心病发生和发展的可能机制、冠心病患者抑郁的筛选以及治疗等方面进行综述。

Coronary heart disease（CHD） and depression are both serious threat to human health,which are closely related to each other and aggravate the patients＇ condition. In recent years,with the transformation of social medical model,depression and CHD have attracted more attention from domestic and abroad scholars. This review will focus on the harm effects of depression on the patients with CHD; the possible occurrence and development mechanism of depression to CHD,and the screening and the treatment of depression in patients with CHD.
