摘要 通过对华南地区10幢高堆浅圆仓连续4年的数据跟踪,探索华南地区高堆浅圆仓在不同通风方式下的通风效果和粮温、水分的变化规律。试验结果表明:使用大功率风机通风效果显著,使用小功率风机的单位能耗明显低于大功率风机;通风结束时平均粮温低于18℃小麦即可安全度夏;小功率风机通风有利于小麦水分的保持。 The aeration application and analysis of energy consumption in high stack squat silo with 30 meters high had been reported. By tracking the relevant data of 10 high stack squat siloes for 4 years in southern China, the aeration effect and the change rule of the grain temperature and moisture content under different aeration ways were studied. The results showed that the high -power fan had obvious cooling effect, but the low - power fan had lower unit energy consumption than the high -power one. Wheat could spend summer safely when the temperature was below 18 ℃ at the end of the aeration. The low - power fan were more beneficial to retain water than the high -power one.
