河南经济发展方式转变进程测评与路径选择

Assessment and Path Selection in the Transformation Progress of Economic Development Mode in Henan

根据全要素生产率评价方法,结合河南实际,河南经济发展方式转变进程可分为三个阶段:第一,初始阶段(2000-2007年);第二,适应全球金融危机阶段(2008-2012年);第三,深度调整阶段(2013年至今)。在深度调整阶段,应当以五大发展理念加快推进河南经济发展方式转变。要坚持创新发展,提升河南自主创新能力;坚持协调发展,提升经济社会协调度;坚持绿色发展,提升可持续发展能力;坚持开放发展,打造内陆开放高地;坚持共享发展,提升人民群众获得感。

According to the total factor productivity evaluation method and Henan reality, Henan＇s progress of economic development mode can be divided into three stages： 1. Initial stage （2000-2007）; 2. Adaptation stage of the global financial crisis （2008-2012）; 3. Deep adjustment stage （2013 to date）. At the deep adjustment stage, we should promote the transformation of the economic development mode in Henan based on the five development con- cepts.We should insist on innovative development to improve Henan＇s independent innovation ability; insist on coor- dinated development to promote economic and social coordination; insist on green development to raise the capabili- ty for sustainable development; insist on opening development to build inland opening-up highland; and insist on shared development to raise the sense of achievement for people.
