摘要
本文主要针对三峡水库运行后,清水下泄,江湖关系发生严重调整,长江通过荆南三口进入洞庭湖水量减少、断流时间延长,由此带来了湖区缺水严重、水质恶化、生态功能退化等问题,开展了洞庭湖北部地区水资源配置方案研究,在立足本省水资源实际情况及需求基础上,提出了通过河湖水网大连通建设,建成拥有"四线"、"两厢"、"多点"的点线面相结合的生态水网体系,构建五个水资源分区及24个水资源配置单元,为洞庭湖水资源配置规划、供需水预测、水资源合理配置研究提供参考依据,且作为今后一定时期内水资源开发利用的重要依据,为实现区域水资源可持续利用、治理保护盒支撑经济社会可持续发展提供科学依据。
