Study on the Financing and Operation Mode of Photovoltaic Anti-Poverty Power Generation Project

光伏扶贫发电项目对融资运营模式提出了更高的要求。本文首先利用利益相关方对项目的参与主体分别进行权力和利益分析,在此基础上,分析国内外光伏发电系统的主要运营模式,发现我国在前期融资和后期运营管理方面比较欠缺。面对我国光伏产业"大而不强"的现象,针对融资模式和运营模式提出建议。

Photovoltaic anti-poverty power generation project puts forward higher requirements on the financing and operation mode. Firstly, this paper conducted the power and benefit analysis of the project＇s main participations using the stakeholders. On this basis, this paper analyzed the main operation mode of photovoltaic power generation system both at home and abroad, and found that financing at the earlier stage and operation management at the later stage are relatively inadequate in our country. For the phenomenon of ＂big but not strong＂ in Chinese photovohaic in- dustry, suggestions were given for financing mode and operation mode.
