校友文化作为大学校园文化建设的重要组成部分,是连接母校、校友和社会的情感和精神纽带。美国大学校友文化建设以校友会为基础,同时受到美国主流文化的影响,具有教育教学、自我发展、文化认同以及募集捐款等功能。基于美国高校的成功经验,我国高校应以建立"共创共享"的价值观为核心,以校友会和校友事务机构为主导,重视发挥班级在培育校友文化中的作用,积极开展丰富的校友文化生活,完善校友会工作机制,不断推进校友文化的建设。

Alumni culture, the emotional bond connecting schools, alumni and society, is an important part of campus culture construction. The construction of American alumni culture is based on alumni associations, which is also affected by the mainstream culture of the United States, having the functions of education and teaching, self-development, cultural identity, public subscription and so on. Learning from the successful experience of American universities and colleges, Chinese universities should center on ＂co-creation and sharing＂ to actively carry out rich alumni culture life by relying on alumni associations and alumni affairs organizations as the leading force, improving the working mechanism of alumni association, promoting the construction of alumni culture constantly.
