摘要
通过采用拉格朗日动力学原理,对U型滑道约束的大节距重载输送链进行动力学特性分析.建立了U型滑道约束链的动力学模型,推导了U型滑道约束链的动力学方程.运用MATLAB软件进行了编程计算,探索了U型滑道约束链的数值求解方法.最后,对主、从动链轮及各链节的振动情况进行了分析.
By using the principle of Lagrange dynamics to research the dynamic characteristics of the U-type slide cons-trained conveyor with long pitch and overloading. The dynamic model of the U-type slide constrained conveyor is established and the dynamical equation is deduced. Through the MATLAB software programming and calculating to explore the numerical solution method of U-type slide constrained conveyor. Final,analyzing the vibration of the drive sprocket,driven sprocket and each chain.
