苝基荧光含氟丙烯酸酯的合成及其固化膜性能研究

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),2-全氟辛基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(FEMAC-8)等单体为原料,以含溴端基苝(PBI-Br)为引发剂,通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)的方法,合成出一系列含氟丙烯酸酯类的聚合物(PBI-PFMMA).该类聚合物可以很好的溶解于氢氟醚类溶剂中,并且表现出很好的溶液和固体荧光性能.将该聚合物涂覆于电路板表面后,可在电路板表面形成疏水疏油膜层.并且,该膜层可以方便的通过荧光笔检测.该类材料有望用于电路板等器件的三防处理. A class of novel poly(methyl methacrylate-co-2-(perfluorooctyl)ethyl methacrylate) containing perylene bisimide(PBI-PFMMA) were synthesized from methyl methacrylate(MMA)and 2-(Perfluorooctyl)ethyl methacrylate(FEMAC-8)by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)using PBI-Br as the initiator. The obtained polymers can be readily dissolved in hydrofluoroether and exhibit excellent fluorescence both in solvent and in solid state. After casting these polymers on the circuit board,the prepared films possess highwater-oil repellency. And the films can be easily detected by UV. These materials can be expected to be a competitive conformal coating for the PCB.
