双黄连联合抗生素抗菌作用及机制研究进展

Research Progress on Antibacterial Functions and Mechanisms of Shuanghuanglian

双黄连是由金银花、黄芩、连翘三味中药提取制成的中成药,具有清热解毒、辛凉解表等功效。可用于治疗病毒和细菌感染引起的呼吸道感染、急慢性扁桃体炎、肺炎等。本文综合分析了双黄连与抗生素联用对多种耐药细菌的抗菌作用及其抗菌机制,为临床双黄连联用抗生素抗感染治疗提供参考。

Shuanghuanglian is a Chinese herbal compound,which was purified from honeysuckle,Scutellaria and forsythia by modern extraction technology. Shuanghuanglian has the effect of clearing away heat and toxic materials and it may treat of viral and bacterial infections caused by upper respiratory infection, pneumonia, tonsillitis,etc. And here is to analyze the research progress of antibacterial functions and Mechanisms of Shuanghuanglian in recent years,to give a comprehensive evaluation of its functions,with hopes to establish a theoretical basis for the application of Shuanghuanglian.
