土木工程施工安全特色的安全工程专业人才培养体系研究

Study on the System of Professional Training of Safety Engineering for Characteristics of Civil Engineering Construction Safety

我们根据青岛理工大学的办学特色及优势学科群和社会的需要,形成了土木建筑施工安全为主的特色培养方向。我们以服务区域经济发展为基础,以为土木建筑施工、工业生产制造等行业培养高素质应用型工程技术人才为目标。由于政策环境好,社会需求大,毕业生就业前景乐观,就业单位以国有大中型建筑企业为主。文章介绍了土木施工安全特色的人才培养体系构建思路和实践能力培养,并对学科未来发展提出建议。

According to the characteristics of school,we formed a characteristic training direction which mainly dominated by safety of＇civil construction. We set the goal to offer the high quality applied engineering talents for civil construction industrial production and manufacturing industries. With great social demanding,there are bright job prospects for graduates, the employment units are mainly state-owned large and medium-sized construction enterprises. It introduces the constructing thoughts of cultivation system of talents who mastered the characteristics of civil construction safety and suggests the further development of subjects.
