工科专业生产实习问题及价值探讨

Problems and Value Exploration about Production Practice of Engineering Specialty

生产实习是工科人才培养的必要教学环节,对培养学生的实践能力、创新能力和提升综合素质具有重要的作用。从校企合作机制不完善,企业积极性不高;实习灵活性差,实习经费紧张;实习指导教师缺乏,学生实习主动性差等三个方面分析了工科专业实习存在的突出问题。从生产实习对学生能力提升的价值、生产实习对学校的价值体现和生产实习对企业的价值体现三个方面进行了生产实习的价值探讨,有助于加强实习各方对实习工作的重新认识,对提高实习各方的积极性,提高实习质量具有一定的推动作用。

Production practice is necessary for engineering personnel cultivation,which plays an important role in training students＇ practical ability,innovation ability and comprehensive quality. The problems were found from school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is not perfect with the low enterprise enthusiasm, the practice which is not flexible and lack of funds,also the practice guidance teachers was lake and poor practice initiative aspects of students. The value of production practice was explored with the students,school and enterprise,which was help to strengthen the parties understanding of the practice,which also improve the enthusiasm of the parties and improve the quality of practice quality.
