3D交互式软件在车辆工程机械类专业基础课中的应用

Application of 3D Interactive Software in Mechanical Fundamental Courses for Vehicle Engineering

针对车辆工程机械类专业基础课中图纸结构复杂、直观性差、原理难理解等缺点,在教学中研究引入3D模型和交互式软件辅助教学。本文以变速器传动机构CAD模型为例,在Composer软件基础上制作互动式教学三维动画,在传统PPT课件中插入动画资源,实现对零件进行标注、总成的组装拆卸、视图的任意切换等功能。通过新型互动式教学课件的开发,可加深学生对机械结构和原理的直观性理解,避免教师枯燥的讲解,激发学生的学习兴趣,最终提升上课效率。

In view of the disadvantages of complex structure,poor visual and difficult to understand in the basic course of vehicle engineering,the introduction of 3D model and interactive software aided teaching. This paper uses CAD model of the transmission mechanism as an example,making interactive 3D animation based on the Composer software,insert alaimation resources in the traditional PPT courseware,the parts tagging,assembly,assembly and disassembly view arbitrary switching function. Through the development of a new interactive teaching courseware, students can deepen the understanding of the mechanical structure and the principle of＂ understanding,to avoid the teacher＇s boring explanation,stimulate students＇ interest in learning,and ultimately improve the efficiency of class.
