论新课标理念下个性化语文教学的开展

On the Development of Individualized Chinese Teaching under the New Curriculum Standard

新课标理念强调学生的自主发展和素养发展,要求教师重视学生的个体差异,开展个性化语文教学。个性化语文教学不仅能够弥补传统语文教学中的不足,而且能够实现学生语文素养和综合素养的培养,是时代进步的要求,也是语文教学的价值取向。本文从新课标理念概述入手,着重分析了新课标理念下个性化语文教学的要求及其存在的问题,并探索了新课标理念下个性化语文教学的开展策略。

The concept of new curriculum standard emphasizes students＇ independent development and accomplishment development,requires teachers to attach importance to individual differences of＂ students,to carry out personalized language teaching. Individualized language teaching can not only make up for the deficiency in traditional Chinese teaching,but also can realize the cultivation of＂students＇ language literacy and comprehensive accomplishment. It is the requirement of the progress of the times and the value orientation of Chinese teaching. This paper starts from the overview of the new curriculum standard,analyzes the requirements of＂ the individualized language teaching under the new curriculum standard and its existing problems,and explores the tactics of＂ the individualized language teaching under the new curriculum standard.
