A Preliminary Study on the Reform of the Training Mode of Seasonal Talents in Aquaculture Specialty

针对水产养殖的季节性特点,本文简述了水产养殖专业季节性人才培养模式改革的基本内容,并从校企合作、教学内容、师资队伍及人才培养质量几个方面探讨了水产养殖专业季节性人才培养模式的优越性。

Based on the seasonal characteristics of aquaculture,this paper briefly describes the basic content of the reform of the seasonal talent training mode of aquaculture,and discusses the superiority of the seasonal talent training mode of aquaculture specialty from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,teachin~ content, teaching staffand the quality of personnel training in several areas.
