高职院校军营文化育人模式研究与实践——以重庆能源职业学院为例

Researches and Practices on the Educational Patterns of Military Culture in Vocational Colleges——A Case Study on Chongqing Energy College

高职院校学生的特殊性,使军营文化育人模式成为一条学生管理的新路子。以重庆能源职业学院为例,高职院校军营文化育人模式需从管理人才队伍的建设、与职业生涯规划教育融合、配套管理制度、健全监督机制、特色校园文化活动开展以及必要的经费保障等几个路径来实现。

The educational pattern of military culture becomes a new way in the students management due to the special characters of the students in vocational college. Take the Chongqing Energy College as an example,the vocational college should realize it through the foundation of talents management,merging together with the education of career planning,the supporting of management regulations,the completion of monitoring system,the carrying out of campus cultural activities and necessary funds.
