“课内外结合”的经管类本科生复合型人才培养的教学模式研究

Research on the Teaching mode of the Compound Talents Training for the Undergraduates Majoring in Economics and Management

通过调研,准确了解目前社会对经管类大学生实践能力和创新能力的需要,全面掌握高校经管类专业的教学模式和改革动态,同时吸收借鉴国内外高校"复合型人才"教学中的研究成果。根据当前情况,总结我国经管专业本科生的实际特点,从"课内外结合"的角度提出经管类本科复合型人才培养的教学改革模式。研究提高经管类大学生的实践能力与创新意识的方式与途径,构建科学、系统、可操作的具有创新能力的复合型人才培养的教学模式。

Through the investigation,the need for accurate understanding of economics and management majors practical ability and innovation ability of the present society,a comprehensive grasp of the teaching mode and the reform of University dynamic management majors,while absorbing the research results of domestic and foreign universities ＂compound talents＂ in teaching. According to the current situation,this paper summarizes the actual characteristics of the undergraduates majoring in economics and management in China,and puts forward the teaching reform mode of the training of the compound talents of management and economics. To study the ways and means of improving the practical ability and innovative consciousness of the students of economics and management,and to construct a scientific, systematic and operable teaching model of cultivating innovative talents.
