摘要
在充分调查研究的基础上,分析了高职院校学生顶岗实习普遍存在的现实问题,结合顶岗实习教学实践,从加强顶层设计、完善教学标准、创新实习模式、深化产教结合、校企协同管理、严格实习考核等方面,系统阐述了提高顶岗实习育人效果的对策建议。
Based on the full investigation and research,analyzes the practical problems of internship ot higher vocational students,combining the teaching practice from the internship,to strengthen top-level design,improve the standards of＂ teaching,innovation practice mode,deepen the combination of＂ production and teaching,school enterprise collaborative management,strict assessment of＂ practice,expounds the countermeasures to improve the system the internship education effect.
