高等教育大众化的背景下,高职院校的发展劲头迅猛,在发展的同时,高职院校的学生管理工作同样面临着前所未有的挑战,本文在一种创新发展的视角下,提出了5C领导力模型支持下的高职学生的管理模式创新发展的新思路,从5C领导力模型的5个维度出发探讨了如何做好高职院校的学生管理工作。
