Group cooperative learning （GCL） is a crucial method in autonomous learning mode.The author has put great efforts to look for ways to increase the effectiveness of＂ GCL. Key points, basic steps, results and several assumptions about GCL were discussed in this paper. Taking advantage of GCL at the same avoiding the negative factors will surely make a big difference in teaching process, thus bringing great development of the students.
