摘要
本文主要对现代学徒制下高职大学生"工匠精神"培养进行思考,并积极探索"传技、育人"立德树人式、"继承,借鉴"开放式和"走出去,请进来"互动式的"工匠精神"培养模式,以便可以培育出大批具有"工匠精神"的高级技术技能型人才。
