摘要
随着我国高校的扩招,教师队伍也逐渐庞大,青年教师占比增大,但其教学经验不足、缺乏对课堂教学的调控能力,已经成为制约教育教学改革的关键问题之一。本文通过分析影响高校教师教学胜任力的因素,构建提升机制的理论模型。本文基于问卷调查法,设置问卷调查内容,分析调查结果,最终构建出了高校青年教师教学胜任力的提升机制。
With the enrollment of colleges and universities in our country,the teachers' team is also growing,and the proportion of young teachers is increased. However,the lack of teaching experience and the lack of control ability in classroom teaching have become one of the key problems in the reform of education and teaching. By analyzing the factors influencing college young teachers' competency,the theoretical model of improving'mechanism was constructed in this paper. Based on the questionnaire survey method,setting up the questionnaire survey contents,analyzing the survey results,the improving mechanism of the college young teachers' competency was constructed in this paper.
