学科竞赛对深化实践教学体系改革、创新型人才的培养等具有重要的作用。本文将从学科竞赛与创新型人才培养的关系、目前本校竞赛的现状等进行了分析与探讨,针对如何加强本校实践类学科竞赛平台建设,提出了相应的建设策略,如将学科竞赛与实践教学结合、加强创新实践基地的建设、建立相关的激励措施和约束机制等,旨在为竞赛工作的有序开展提供保障,以期为其他同类高校开展实践类学科竞赛平台建设提供借鉴与理论参考。

Academic competition plays an important role in deepening the reform of practice teaching system and the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper will put forward some corresponding construction strategies on how to strengthen the platform construction of practice classes in our school,like to combine academic competition with teaching practice,to strengthen the construction of innovative practice base,to establish relevant mechanism of incentives and constraints and so on in order to provide guarantee for the orderly work of competition and provide reference and theory reference for other colleges and universities to carry out the platform construction of academic competitions.
