Exploration and Thinking of the Work Approaches of Postgraduate Counselor under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

在"双创"教育已被提升到国家战略地位的大背景下,作为工作在高等教育一线的研究生辅导员,是高校研究生"双创"教育的组织者、参与者以及推动者。本文在分析研究生特点和实际需求的基础上,总结研究生辅导员"双创"教育工作的不足,最后对研究生辅导员工作思路给出了进一步的思考。

In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship education having been promoted to the strategic position of the country,working in the first line of higher education,postgraduate counselors are the organizers, participants and promoters of the innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper analyzes the characteristics and practical needs of postgraduates,summarizes the shortcomings of postgraduate counselors innovadon and entrepreneurship education work,and finally explores advices for the work approaches of graduate counselors
