社会主义核心价值观视阈下高校国防教育的着力点

伴随着新时期社会经济的发展与市场的成熟,国家可持续发展战略对全民素质提出了越来越多的新要求。国防教育作为现代高等教育的有机组成部分,同时也承担着推进素质教育的双重职能。对此,中共中央及国务院相关部门陆续出台了相关政策性规定,明确指出了作为强化全民素质、提高民族凝聚力的核心基础,全社会必须坚持以社会主义核心价值观为方向指引,高度重视国防教育,以全面推动国防现代化建设。本文以社会主义核心价值观为指导,阐述了高校国防教育工作的现状,分析了国防教育在高校人才战略中的作用和意义,并提出了社会主义核心价值指导下高校国防教育工作开展的重点,以期为相关研究提供理论参考。

Along with the social and economic development in the new period with the maturity of the market,the national sustainable development strategy for universal quality more and more new requirements are put forward. In this paper, guided by the socialist core values,the article expounds the present situation of the national defense education work of colleges and universities,analyzes the role and significance of national defense education in university talent strategy,and put forward the socialist core values under the guidance of the national defense education work in colleges, so as to provide theoretical reference for related research.
