为了加强和推进基层党组织建设,提升党建工作水平,根据高职院校基层党建工作客观情况,将考核评价机制引入党建工作实现过程中。以"PDCA"闭环管理推进基层党组织建设为抓手,对党建工作的目标制定、过程落实、实效效果、持续改进四个维度进行考核,考核内容涵盖党建工作、动态工作和特色工作内容,以此实现党建工作的螺旋式持续化改进。
