地方高校独立二级学院发展过程中面临的问题及对策

The Analysis about Problem and Countermeasures of Secondary School in the Developing of Local University

独立二级学院作为我国高校的一种新的办学模式,正处于发展和探索阶段。目前的办学模式,致使地方高校的二级学院进一步发展存在着显性或者隐形的障碍。各个高职和技术专科学校介入高等教育领域,地方高校在经济方面存在着压力,导致地方高校二级学院的发展存在着一些问题,如:招生生源、就业压力。这些问题的解决需要多方面的思考和措施。针对地方高校的具体问题,为二级学院的发展提出了些探索性的建议。

As a new model,secondary school was in the developing and exploring stage. The present model had dominant orrecessive barrier for further developing of secondary school in local university. Because higher vocational education andtechnical school was entering education fields, and at the same time,the local university had economic pressures.These result in some problem,such as：recruitment of students,employment pressure. All of the problem need variousmeasures. The paper states some exploring suggestion based on the concrete problem in secondary school of local umverslty
