关于高职教师凭借专业平台育人的几点思考

摘要 高职专业教师和思想政治教育工作者同样承担着"立德树人"的根本任务。但现实状况却是存在重技能,轻德育教育;重就业,轻素养提升;重教学,轻师德培育的现象,专业教师与思想政治工作者没有能够实现协同育人。要真正落实习总书记提出的"全程育人,全方位育人,全员育人",必须解决育人机制、教师认知和方法路径三个问题,抓重点,树典型,寻方法,让全体教师都自觉发挥育人功能。 Professional teachers in higher vocational colleges are also primarily tasked with moral composition for students,which should not be exclusively considered as the job of those who occupy themselves in ideological and political education. However,the prevailing practice is to lay too much stress on skills,employment opportunities and professional teaching instead of attaching any importance to moral education,competence enhancement or teacher's moral cultivation. In short,the goal,that professional teachers and ideological/political educators make a joint effort,has not been achieved yet. In the attempt to implement president Xi's concept of "Education in all-levels,all-dimensions and all-involvement",the problems remaining unsolved are threefold:educational institution and mechanism,cognition of teaching staff and applicable methods. By grasping priorities,demonstrating with typical examples and exploring appropriate paths,we aim to make all teachers consciously release their full potential in terms of educational function.
