应用型本科与中小企业协同创新人才培养模式的调查与探索

Investigation and Exploration on Cooperatively Cultivating Innovative Talents between Application-oriented Universities and Small and Medium Enterprises

创新型人才培养已经成为当今全球高等教育共同的主题和价值取向,也是我国高等院校教育教学改革的目标和发展方向。创新型人才培养是应用型本科教育的重点和难点。如何构建应用型本科创新型人才培养模式是学术界和业界关注的焦点。本文从学校、企业、学生三个不同的层面来对应用型本科创新型人才培养模式进行研究和探讨,提出了在教育观念、培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、教学方法等方面进行创新的建议。

Nowadays,to cultivate innovative talents has been a common theme and values for global higher education,which is also the goal and developing direction of Chinese universities＇ educational teaching reform. And it is essential and difficult to cultivate innovative talents in the process of application-oriented university＇s education. How to create a pattern in training innovative talents in Application-oriented universities stays in the spotlight in academic and professional fields. This essay focused on studying and exploring the training pattern from three different aspects -- universities,enterprises and students,and promoted some constructive proposals on education idea,cultivation goals, curriculum system,teaching pattern and teaching approaches and so on.
