基于TQM的二级学院教学质量监控体系研究

Research of Quality-monitoring System of Teaching Activities Based on Total Quality Management in School

随着高校教育的发展,招生规模不断扩大,现有高校多是学校—院系二级管理的模式,二级学院成为了教学活动的主体。构建完善合理的教学质量监控体系,成为当前高校教学管理,尤其是二级学院教学管理需要重视的课题。本文引入全面质量管理的理念,结合二级学院的现状,提出了二级学院教学质量监控体系建设原则。并依据该原则,以电气工程与自动化学院为例,详细阐述了如何构建合理完善的二级学院教学质量监控体系。

With the increasing of enrollment scale of higher education,two-level （university-college） management mode is popular,and the basic unit of managing teaching activities is school. How to improve the quality-monitoring system of teaching activities is a main problem excepting to solve. Based on Total Quality Management （TQM）,a principle of quality-monitoring system of teaching activities in school is presented. In this paper,the authors describe in detail an implementation of the principle.
