“四段式”人才培养模式在五年制高职教育中的实践

摘要 五年制高等职业教育,是高等职业教育的一种重要形式,是中国特色高等职业教育的组成部分,是普通高中教育与专科职业教育相结合的一贯制学制,是一种独具优势的办学模式。在新形势下,进行符合时代特征的五年制高等职业教育人才培养模式的研究就极具现实意义。"四段式"人才培养模式已经在本校经过了两年的实践,取得了一定的成效,有一定的借鉴意义。 The five-year higher vocational education is an important form of higher vocational education,which is a constituent part of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics.It is a consistent educational system with the combination of ordinary high school education and technical and vocational education under the new situation,it has great realistic significance to carry out the research on the five-year higher vocational education talent training model which conforms to the characteristics of the times. The "four-stage" talent training model has been put into practice in the school for two years. It has achieved certain effect and has certain reference significance.
