摘要
教学质量监控与评价是学校提高教学质量必不可少的环节,它能全方位地为教学决策者提供监测评价教学过程的第一手材料。本文从保障、手段和支撑三个方面对教学质量监控与评价系统能够有效运行的条件进行了积极探索。
Monitoring and evaluating of the teaching quality is an essential link of the improvement of the teaching quality and it can offer the decision-makers the first-hand materials of the teaching process which are monitored and evaluated. The essay makes a positive explore about the conditions under which the monitoring and evaluating system of the teaching quality can work effectively from the three aspects：quality assurance,method and support.
