摘要
在新媒体环境下,高校档案馆微博微信成为服务新模式。以新浪微博、腾讯微信为例,全国高校档案馆以东部"985""211"高校为首率先开通微服务。微服务的指标包括开通情况、地域分布、历史消息、阅读数等,从这些指标的统计结果可以看出高校档案馆微博微信的传播差异。高校档案馆微博受众形态是点到面、非对等的多向度关系;微信是点对点、对等的双向互动关系,对用户要实现差异化、精准化服务。
In the new media environment,Weibo and WeChat of the university archives become a new mode of service.Taking Sina Weibo and Tencent WeChat for example,the university archives in China opened micro services led by the "985" and "211" universities in the east.Indicators of micro service includes opening status,regional distribution,the history message and the number of reading.The statistical results of these indicators reflect the difference of Communication between Weibo and Wechat of University Archives.The audience form of Weibo in university archives is incoordinate multi-direction relationship from point to the surface,WeChat is coordinate two-way interactive relationship from point-to-point,which require us to provide differentiated and accurate service for users.
