摘要
高校食育具有紧迫性和现实性。如何积极有效地开展食育,是当前研究者们致力探索的问题。从食育的发展和发达国家的食育做法来看,高校食育不是单项活动的集合或综合,而是一项系统性教育活动。因此,需要在调查研究的基础上构建高校食育体系,推进高校食育的全面深入开展。
Diet education system in colleges and universities is of urgency as well as reality. Vigorous and and effective launching of diet education represents an issue that the researchers are currently discussing about. Viewed from catering education development and the diet education in developed countries, diet ed-ucation system in colleges and universities is not aggregation or synthesis of a single event, but a system-atic education activity. Accordingly, efforts need to be made to construct diet education system on the ba-sis of investigation in colleges and universities, and promote comprehensive in-depth launching of diet edu-cation in colleges and universities.
