摘要
随着事业单位改革的不断深入,南宁市事业单位绩效考核取得了长足的发展,但仍然存在着对绩效考核重视程度不高、员工参与积极性不高等现象。根据南宁市事业单位发展实际和需求,结合事业单位改革方向,提出科学制定考核体系、优化岗位设置等对策建议。
With the deepening reform in public institutions, performance assessment in public institutions in Nanning has achieved a great development. However, no high degree of attention was paid to perfor-mance assessment, and the employees were not highly enthusiastic in participation. Therefore, based on the practice and need of public institutions development in Nanning, and combining the reform direction of public institutions, the article comes up with the suggestions for scientific formulation of assessment system and optimization of posts allocation.
