目前,国内部分院校的实验课程设计与药物研发的实际应用缺乏有机融合,药学拔尖人才的培养目标与药物研发的实际需求尚有一定距离。探索药物研发链与专业课程链相融合、将专业课程设计与药物研发实际相结合的创新教学模式应用在药物化学实验教学中的实践及所面临的问题,为科研与教学交融平台的创设与实践提供可参考手段与方法。

Currently,the experimental curriculum design generally divorces from the actual needs of drug development,and the goal of pharmaceutical top-notch talent cultivation has a large gap with the real research and development demands. The paper discusses the integration of development chain and professional course chain,which combines drug development and the profession course design in the experimental teaching of medicinal chemistry,as well as its effect and problems. It provides a reference method to the building and practice of scientific research and teaching integration platform.
