Constructing User Context-Sensitive Mobile Library Services

针对用户不同需求提供个性化信息服务是越来越多图书馆关注的重点,用户情景敏感服务则是个性化信息服务未来的重要发展方向。文章结合用户需求、行为习惯以及技术发展讨论用户情景敏感服务在移动图书馆服务时代的发展机遇,然后依据目前移动图书馆服务的主要服务形式和服务内容,分析了在资源超载、资源不足、服务迷失等5个主要情景下用户情景敏感服务开展的可行性和策略。

To provide personalized information services based on users’ different needs is the focus of more and more libraries, user context sensitive services is an important development direction of the future of personalized information services. Based on users’ information behavior habits and the development of information technologies, this paper discusses many rare development opportunities ushered in which user context sensitive service applying to the mobile library service. It also discusses some applying strategies from 5 mainly user behavior situation such as resource overload, lack of resources, service lost, etc. As special important issues, privacy protection and information security are also needed to be pay attention to.
