新常态下乌龙茶产业供给侧结构性改革研究

摘要 乌龙茶生产已成规模,产能过剩卖茶难成为发展瓶颈;科技发展、消费多元化对乌龙茶产业也提出了更高的要求。"中央一号"文件的发布,为乌龙茶生产经营方式的转型升级指明了方向。茶产业供给侧结构性改革正当其时,以乌龙茶"特色优势农业"为基本定位,坚持质量兴农、完善产业标准、以市场为主导将是提升乌龙茶产业活力的侧重点,当然,政府职能及角色的转变也是必不可少的。 The production of oolong tea has become the scale.Overcapacity has become a bottleneck in development.In addition,the progress of science and technology,consumption diversification also put forward higher requirements for the oolong tea industry.The release of the central document indicates the direction of the transformation and upgrading of the production and operation of oolong tea.The new situation demands that the supply-side structural reform of the tea industry should be timely.With the basic positioning of the 'characteristic advantage agriculture' of oolong tea,it will be the focus to promote the vitality of the oolong tea industry by insisting on the quality of the agriculture,the improvement of industry standards and the market dominance.Of course,changes in government functions and roles are also essential.
