龙稻21是黑龙江省农业科学院栽作栽培研究所以东农423为母本,松粳6号为父本杂交,通过系谱法选择,F6株行稳定选育而成,代号哈11417。2015年5月通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定为黑审稻2015003,该品种主要种植区域在黑龙江省第一积温带及第二积温带上限。

Longdao 21 has been selected and bred by corp tillage and cultivation institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Dongnong 423 as female parents,Songjing 6 as male parents,pedigree selection was used,F6 generation have been stably selected and bred,the new variety code is Ha11417.Longdao21(approval number:2015003)was certified by the Crop Variety Approval Committee of Heilongjiang Province in May 2015,which is suitable for planting in first accumulated temperature zone and upper limit of second accumulated temperature zone of Heilongjiang province.
