摘要
针对超低碳钢转炉终点氧位控制的要求,通过研究铁碳选择氧化条件制定终点碳参数,研究转炉冶炼过程控制,制定冶炼模型配方,并摸索出合适的底吹后搅工艺参数,保证冶炼超低碳钢终点氧位≤750×10-6。
According to the requirement by the converter endpoint oxygen position control of ultra lowcarbon steel, oxidization conditions were chosen and endpoint carbon parameters set through study oniron and carbon. Converter melting process control was studied and melting model recipe formulated. Theappropriate process parameters of stirring after bottom blowing were figured out, ensuring endpointoxygen position in ultra low carbon steel melting ≤750×10-6.
