Optimization of Galvanized Plate Finishing Process

通过试验得出合理的光整机工作辊辊型凸度搭配,并通过合理控制轧制工艺,有效改善了镀锌板的板形并消除边部未光整缺陷;使用光整液代替脱盐水作为湿光整介质,并增加喷淋流量,提高了产品的表面质量,延长了光整机工作辊的使用寿命。

The combination of reasonable crown of work roll of finishing machine was derived throughexperiment. By reasonably controlling rolling process, the shape of galvanized plate was effectively im-proved and the unfinished defect at edge eliminated. Finishing fluid is used as wet finishing medium tosubstitute desalted water. Spraying flow was increased as well. The surface quality of the product wasimproved and the service life of the work roll of finishing machine prolonged.
